Gizlilik Politikası
Bu politika, eren diler tarafından geliştirilen Secde: Namaz Vakti & Kıble Android ve iOS uygulamasının ("Uygulama") hangi verileri işlediğini, neden işlediğini ve kimlerle paylaştığını açıklar. Uygulamada hesap oluşturma yoktur; ad, e-posta, telefon numarası gibi kimlik bilgileri istenmez.
1. Cihazınızda kalan veriler
Ayarlarınız (dil, tema, hesaplama yöntemi, bildirim tercihleri), seçtiğiniz şehir, namaz takibi kayıtları, tesbih sayıları, favori dualar ve indirilen Kur'an ses dosyaları yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Bu veriler geliştiriciye gönderilmez. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde bu veriler de silinir.
2. Konum
Konum izni isteğe bağlıdır. İzin verirseniz Uygulama cihazınızın konumunu şu amaçlarla kullanır: namaz vakitlerini hesaplamak, kıble yönünü bulmak, bulunduğunuz şehrin adını göstermek ve yakındaki camileri listelemek. Konum izni vermezseniz şehrinizi elle seçebilirsiniz.
Konumunuz geliştiricinin bir sunucusuna gönderilmez ve saklanmaz. Ancak aşağıdaki özellikler çalışırken konum bilgisi, isteği yanıtlayan hizmete iletilir:
- Şehir adının bulunması: Koordinatlar, cihazınızın konum/geocoding hizmetine (Android’de genellikle Google, iOS’ta Apple) iletilir.
- Yakındaki camiler: Bu ekranı açtığınızda koordinatlarınız, cami listesini almak için OpenStreetMap'in Overpass API hizmetine (
overpass-api.de) gönderilir. - Diyanet vakitleri: Resmî vakit tablosunu almak için yalnızca seçili şehrin/ilçenin Diyanet bölge numarası
ezanvakti.emushaf.nethizmetine gönderilir; koordinatlarınız gönderilmez.
Uygulama arka planda konum izlemez; konum yalnızca Uygulama açıkken ve bu işlemler için kullanılır.
3. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Ücretsiz sürümde reklam gösterilir. Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sunulur. AdMob; reklam veya cihaz kimliği, IP adresinden çıkarılan yaklaşık konum, reklam ve uygulama etkileşimleri ile çökme, performans ve diğer tanılama bilgileri gibi verileri reklam gösterimi, ölçümü ve dolandırıcılık önleme amacıyla toplayabilir ve işleyebilir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve Birleşik Krallık'taki kullanıcılardan kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için Google'ın izin formu (UMP) ile onay istenir. Android’de reklam kimliğini cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz. iOS’ta reklamlar başlatılmadan önce Apple’ın takip izni sonucu beklenir. iOS 14.5 ve sonrasında izin vermezseniz reklamlar IDFA reklam kimliğine erişmeden gösterilebilir; iOS 14.0–14.4’te izin verilmezse reklamlar başlatılmaz. Uygulamayı takip izni vermeden kullanabilirsiniz. Takip iznini cihaz ayarlarında yönetebilirsiniz. 4. Satın almalar (Google Play ve Apple App Store)
Secde Pro, tek seferlik ve ömür boyu erişim sağlayan isteğe bağlı bir uygulama içi satın almadır; abonelik değildir. Satın alma ve geri yükleme Android’de Google Play, iOS’ta Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme kartı ve banka bilgileriniz geliştiriciyle paylaşılmaz. Uygulama ilgili mağazadan satın alma durumunu doğrular ve Pro erişimini cihazınızda saklar.
5. İçerik hizmetleri
Kur'an metni ve mealleri api.alquran.cloud, ses dosyaları cdn.islamic.network üzerinden indirilir. Bu isteklerde kişisel veri gönderilmez; her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi bu hizmetler IP adresinizi teknik olarak görebilir.
6. Bildirimler ve widget
Ezan, vakit ve hatırlatma bildirimleri cihazınızda zamanlanır ve cihazınızda gösterilir; bunun için bir sunucu kullanılmaz. Ana ekran widget’ı yalnızca Android’de bulunur ve cihazınızdaki vakit verisini gösterir.
7. Veri paylaşımı ve satışı
Geliştirici kişisel verilerinizi satmaz. Yukarıda sayılan hizmetler dışında hiçbir üçüncü tarafla veri paylaşılmaz.
8. Saklama ve silme
Geliştirici sizinle ilgili hiçbir veriyi sunucuda saklamadığı için silinecek bir hesap veya sunucu kaydı yoktur. Cihazınızdaki verileri Uygulamanın verilerini temizleyerek veya Uygulamayı kaldırarak silebilirsiniz. Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin (Google AdMob vb.) tuttuğu veriler için ilgili hizmetin politikası geçerlidir.
9. Güvenlik
Uygulamanın internetle yaptığı tüm bağlantılar şifreli (HTTPS) bağlantılardır.
10. Çocuklar
Uygulama genel kitleye yöneliktir ve bilerek 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz.
11. Haklarınız
Konum ve bildirim izinlerini istediğiniz zaman cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz. Android’de reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir veya silebilir; iOS’ta izleme izinlerini cihaz ayarlarında yönetebilirsiniz. Gizlilikle ilgili her türlü soru ve talep için erendiler@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.
12. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenirse yeni sürüm bu sayfada, güncelleme tarihiyle birlikte yayımlanır.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data the Secde: Namaz Vakti & Kıble Android and iOS app (the "App"), developed by eren diler, processes, why, and with whom it is shared. The App has no user accounts and never asks for your name, e-mail address or phone number.
1. Data that stays on your device
Your settings (language, theme, calculation method, notification preferences), selected city, prayer tracking records, tasbih counts, favourite duas and downloaded Quran audio are stored only on your device. They are not sent to the developer and are deleted when you uninstall the App.
2. Location
Location permission is optional. If you grant it, the App uses your device location to calculate prayer times, find the qibla direction, show the name of your city and list nearby mosques. Without it you can choose your city manually.
Your location is never sent to or stored on a server operated by the developer. However, when the following features run, location information is passed to the service that answers the request:
- City name lookup: coordinates are passed to your device’s location/geocoding service (usually Google on Android and Apple on iOS).
- Nearby mosques: when you open this screen, your coordinates are sent to OpenStreetMap's Overpass API (
overpass-api.de) to retrieve the list of mosques. - Official Diyanet times: only the Diyanet region number of the selected city/district is sent to
ezanvakti.emushaf.netto download the official timetable; your coordinates are not sent.
The App does not track your location in the background; location is used only while the App is open and only for these purposes.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process data such as advertising or device identifiers, approximate location inferred from the IP address, ad and app interactions, and crash, performance and other diagnostic data for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Users in the EEA and the UK are asked for consent to personalised ads through Google's consent form (UMP). On Android, you can reset or delete the advertising ID in device settings. On iOS, the App waits for Apple’s tracking permission decision before starting ads. On iOS 14.5 and later, ads may be shown without access to the IDFA advertising identifier if you decline; on iOS 14.0–14.4, ads are not started without permission. You can use the App without allowing tracking and manage tracking permission in device settings. 4. Purchases (Google Play and Apple App Store)
Secde Pro is an optional, one-time purchase providing lifetime access; it is not a subscription. Purchases and restores are handled by Google Play on Android and Apple App Store on iOS. Your payment card and bank details are not shared with the developer. The App verifies purchase status with the relevant store and stores Pro access on your device.
5. Content services
Quran text and translations are downloaded from api.alquran.cloud and audio from cdn.islamic.network. No personal data is sent in these requests; as with any internet request, these services can technically see your IP address.
6. Notifications and widget
Adhan, prayer time and reminder notifications are scheduled and shown on your device without any server. The home screen widget is available only on Android and displays prayer time data stored on your device.
7. Sharing and sale of data
The developer does not sell personal data. No data is shared with any third party other than the services listed above.
8. Retention and deletion
Because the developer stores no data about you on any server, there is no account or server record to delete. You can delete the data on your device by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. Data held by third-party services (such as Google AdMob) is governed by their own policies.
9. Security
All network connections made by the App use encrypted HTTPS.
10. Children
The App is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
11. Your rights
You can turn off location and notification permissions at any time in device settings. On Android, you can reset or delete the advertising ID; on iOS, you can manage tracking permissions in device settings. For any privacy question or request, contact erendiler@gmail.com.
